“Digital Products” refers to books, videos or other products offered for sale or free on this or related sites and apps offered by Hudson Music LLC, dba HudsonMusic.com.
By purchasing Digital Products through this site, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with Hudson Music LLC, dba HudsonMusic.com.
Single-User License: Digital Products are offered with a single-user license, and may not be shared by more than one student or user – in other words, each student is required to purchase his or her own books for use. Each student/user/customer is permitted to download and access their purchased Digital Products on three (3) devices at one time. When you purchase access to the Digital Products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the Digital Products or your login details with anyone else.  User accounts found to be in violation of this terms of use will be suspended and access to Digital Products will be revoked immediately.
All opinions expressed in the content are the presenters’ or authors’ own and may or may not represent the opinions of Hudson Music LLC.
When you purchase access to the Digital Products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. Return, refund and cancellation policy:Â Our policy is not to offer refunds on Digital Products. Service Availability:Â Hudson Music LLC provides no guarantee of availability of the web server or hosting of the Digital Products. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide availability. In the event of continued unavailability, Hudson Music LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to make the Digital Products available to download locally.
Prohibited where illegal. You are responsible for any local sales taxes where required by law.

Promotional Codes and Offers: Hudson Music will, from time to time, make promotional codes or discounts available to customers. Hudson Music reserves the rights to issue, or revoke, these offers at any time, for any reason. These offers will have no cash value, and can not be applied to past or future orders. Unless explicitly stated, offer/promo codes can not be combined or “stacked” to increase the discount amounts on a given product or order – customers who do so will have their orders canceled and refunded (if applicable) and may be subject to having their accounts with HudsonMusic terminated.
