Congratulations to Jubal Drum and Bugle Corps as well as Jong Jubal, hailing from Dordrecht, the Netherlands. Jubal captured the DCE Championship with a score of 90.15, also winning both the Brass and Percussion Caption awards. Jong Jubal captured the DCE Cadet Class gold medal with a score of 83.7, ousting the competition by more than 2 points. In 2011, Jubal will do a US tour in celeberation of their 100th anniversary.
