Hudson’s own Mike Sorrentino can be seen in the new Touchstone Pictures feature film When in Rome!
Mike can be seen as the drummer in the “Italian Wedding Band”.
According to Mike, “In the movie the wedding is supposed to take place in Rome, but that scene was actually filmed in downtown Manhattan. Only the Mandolin players were actually playing. The rest of the band were doing their best to look like they were actually playing the music.”
Mike Sorrentino serves as Hudson’s TIP coordinator, a program designed for drum and percussion teachers to learn more about using and utilizing technology in their teaching studios.
