Victor Wooten

Victor Wooten redefines the word musician. Regaled as the most influential bassist since Jaco Pastorius, Victor is known for his solo recordings and tours, and as a member of the Grammy-winning supergroup, Béla Fleck & The Flecktones. He is an innovator on the bass guitar, as well as a talented composer, arranger, producer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist.

Vera Figueiredo

To be a drummer is her passion and profession but not her only talent. Vera Figueiredo is a piano graduated composer as well as the Dean and the coordinator of the Instituto de Bateria Vera Figueiredo and an event producer. She dedicates herself to the diffusion of the Brazilian music and culture by bringing it country-wide and abroad through participating in shows, workshops and some of the most important national and international festivals

Tommy Igoe

Tommy Igoe has been at the forefront of drumset performance and education for the last 20 years. He started playing before the age of two and won every local and regional competition during his school years, during which he was also a member of the legendary Bayonne Bridgemen drum line where he played for 3 years.

Thomas Lang

“To play the unplayed ” That is the self-proclaimed lifelong aspiration of drummer/producer Thomas Lang. Given his astonishing independence of limb and his stalwart dedication to improving his craft – Lang’s aspiration is more than well on the way to reality. Thomas Lang has dedicated his life to the exploration of all things drum.

Steve Smith

Steve Smith was originally drawn to the drums by hearing marching bands in parades as a child in his native Massachusetts. At age nine, in 1963, Smith began studying the instrument in earnest with local Boston area teacher Bill Flanagan, who played in big bands in the swing era.

Steve Gadd

Gadd is a native of Irondequoit, a suburb of Rochester, NY. When he was seven years old, his uncle, who was a drummer in the US army, encouraged him to take drum lessons. By the age of eleven he had sat in with Dizzy Gillespie.
