While NEXUS was in Windsor, Ontario to perform two of Bill’s compositions – “THE BIRDS” and “KEBJAR-BALI” – with the Windsor Symphony Orchestra on October 3, Bill presented two workshops for students at the University of Windsor.
On October 1, Bill gave a two-hour “Creative Music Making” workshop for 18 students in the Contemporary Music class of Dr. Brent Lee. The students performed on a mixture of instruments – flutes, saxophones, electric guitars, double-bass, trumpet, trombone, piano, voice (soprano and tenor) and percussion.
